Over the past 12 months we have purchased six lovely rugs from Saffar’s Fine Rug Collections.

I would like to congratulate your company for the friendly service I received on 04th June 2011, when I purchased a carpet, with the assistance of my brother-in-law at my side.
Not only was the sale service very good, the attention given to send the carpet to Queensland was excellent. The after sales service was more than I expected from you and after a hiccup with the depot in Yandina, Queensland, the carpet was delivered to our address.

I visited your store for the first time earlier in the week and I have to say that my experience was a memorable one. I was warmly welcomed when I first arrived into your store and then the service I received was just great.
As you know I actually found a few rugs that I liked but could not decide which would best suit my home. The fact that you encouraged me to take all 4 rugs home with me to try for a few days, and at absolutely no charge, helped me out greatly.
